Paul Fisher

Paul Fisher worked as an Entertainer/Musician in Sydney and beyond for many years. At the end of the last century Paul worked for a decade with P+O Australia as a Cruise Director, performing as a Compere and performance artist throughout this period.

Since then Paul has continually performed in clubs and hotels, I sing, compere, sometimes play guitar. Paul’s repertoire and particularly for mature audience shows, includes many standard songs, mainly from the 1940’s, 50’s, 60’s.

• Christmas in July
• Roast ham and turkey , roasted pumpkin , potato , seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce
• Plum pudding with custard
• Bread rolls and butter

Meals for the Senior’s Concert are pre-set, with no option for selection. Specific meal selections cannot be requested or guaranteed. If guests wish to change meals, they are welcome to swap amongst themselves once meals have been served. Staff are unable to accommodate individual meal change requests on the day. We kindly ask all guests to please be respectful and courteous to our service staff at all times.
